You guys. I am ALWAYS HUNGRY. Like, SOOOO HUNGRY. ALL THE TIME. I’m eating probably double what I usually eat, and I feel like I need to constantly be snacking. I’ve done a bit of research on hunger during Whole30, but none of the reasons they suggest make any sense for me. I’m getting tons of carbs, fiber, fat, and am eating way more than usual.
I guess I’m kind of irritable, but I think it’s more because I’m hangry all the time, and less because of Whole30. And I’m usually pretty irritable anyway, sooooo…. *shrug*
Right now I feel like this is not really worth it. I don’t feel any different, aside from the constant hunger, and I’m not experiencing any of the typical mile markers. I’m still going to complete the 30 days.
