I am honestly not feeling much different than normal. My research has led me to believe that day 3 is suuuuuper rough, feeling much like a hangover. This is not what I am experiencing! I am having some cravings, but I think mostly because I’m always hungry. I am craving hearty bread with butter, and cheese, plus something creamy. I’m not missing my evening glass(es) of wine nearly as much as I thought I would; I’ve switched to hot tea, which is satisfying for now.

I’m having weird dreams. Like, really weird. I don’t think that’s necessarily because of Whole30, though. My sleeping has not improved at all. I’m still struggling to fall asleep and stay asleep, waking up a few times during the night.
