Day 2. I feel like it’s hard to eat enough food. I’m always hungry. Need more water, too.

Breakfast – coffee (duh), green smoothie, sliced apple and cashew butter (OMG I LOVE CASHEW BUTTER. Drool.)
Lunch – like 3 bowls of Sausage Potato Kale Soup
Dinner – Swordfish steak with roasted potatoes and garden salad/white balsamic vinaigrette.
