HAPPY NEW YEAR! So far, this is SO easy. All I’ve had is like 12 cups of black coffee, which is about normal for me, so I guess you could say that I’m basically crushing it. Things are going pretty well!

Yesterday I had pizza and champagne. #noshame

Plan: boil a shit load of eggs. Eat lots and lots of soup. Salad for DAYYYYYYYYYYYS. Meal plan and brave the grocery store.

Meals for Day 1:

  • Breakfast - coffee with a side of coffee
Chicken Thighs with boiled potatoes
  • dinner - breakfast 😀
Soft boiled egg, avocado mash, crumbled bacon with sliced apple and cashew butter

I'm feeling great/not much different than normal, which is about what I expected for day one. The only thing I've noticed is that I'm feeling hungrier, but I stay full longer.

Did some grocery shopping to get prepped for the week... Anyhoo, not much else to report for day one.
